This simple, at-home test is convenient and meets pre-travel testing program requirements.

If using your test for a return
trip back to the US or Canada
(from an international destination),
order the test to your domestic
address and bring it with you on
your international travels.
Take Test Early
ADL Health Zoom monitoring is
required for Hawaii travelers and
is optional for all other approved
destinations. If utilizing Zoom
please schedule your
appointment in advance. Ship
your test before the last-air pickup
time for the day to ensure package
is delivered to the lab the next day.
