Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager role 

ADL Home Health Care is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee their retail operations, customer service, human resources, marketing and merchandising of its retail operations. Your two years of leadership experience should be complemented by strong supervisory skills. Superior customer service, interpersonal and sales skills are essential.
 
You will be managing a team of sales professionals and responsible for the end-to-end management of the retail operations.
 
In this key role, you and your team will promote the sale and/or rental of medical equipment and services to health care professionals, institutions and individuals by providing information, advice, counsel, and instruction on company products and services. Your knowledge of products and services is thorough, and is enhanced by familiarity with various disabilities and their impact on limiting function. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
 
  • 2 years Retail / Home Health Care management experience with strong merchandising and sales background.
  • Valid Canadian Driver´s License.
  • Knowledge of home health care products and operations.
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Superior organization, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent selling and presentation skills.
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

Part-time Sales Assistant
ADL Home Health Care is seeking an experienced home medical equipment salesperson to work in its retail operations. The successful candidate should have a minimum of one year proven experience in the sale of home health care and medical equipment. The applicant should possess good communication skills, a working knowledge of ADP and will have experience in dealing with therapists and authorizers.

Student Part-time Sales Assistant
ADL Home Health Care is seeking Chiropractic / Kinesiology / OT students as part-time sales staff to work in their retail operations. The successful candidate should be outgoing, hard working, presentable and able to work up to 20 hours per week (including weekends). The applicant should possess a valid driver's license with experience in sales an asset.
